I've tried everything: rebooting the phone, restoring from an iTunes backup, side-loading the app from iTunes, but nothing has worked. Offload, reinstall, or delete apps from the Storage settings. Tap and hold the app icon on the Home screen, then select Delete App from the quick-action menu to delete it. After your iPhone or iPad deletes the app, open the App Store to download it again.
